Hey you guys. I am originally from Brazil, played volleyball my whole life, indoors and after 1992, professionally played Beach Volleyball for 9 years. Great job practicing thouse rolling. My advice, keep going strong in this fundament, reception without the fear of falling down. Another one is the Bloq.
